INTERNAL RULES
Dear Guests,
We kindly ask you to adhere to the following rules and recommendations during your stay with us:
- Check-in at the hotel is after 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
- Registration of all guests is mandatory and is carried out upon check-in against a valid identity document (ID card or international passport) and vehicle registration number.
- Upon check-in, each guest receives a hotel passport, which serves as an identification card during their stay.
- After your registration at the reception, you will receive the necessary key card for your room. A lost key card will be charged.
- Payment is made on site, upon check-in.
- Check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Late check-out is subject to a surcharge.
- Upon departure, guests are required to notify the reception staff that they are vacating the room.
- Unregistered persons are not allowed to stay overnight at the hotel.
- Close the front door of the room well when leaving to make sure it is locked.
- The lighting in the rooms is activated only if you insert the card into the plastic slot on the wall. The lighting goes out 20 seconds after it is removed.
- When leaving the room, do not forget the card in the slot; when closing, the door automatically locks.
- The hotel does not accept guests with pets.
- The hotel is not responsible for documents and valuables that are not left for storage in the room safe.
- For the safety of hotel guests, the import and use of personal electric heaters/heating devices is not permitted during your stay at the hotel.
- For your good and fulfilling stay, we recommend that you keep quiet during the afternoon and night hours (from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- The import and storage of flammable, explosive and dangerous substances is strictly prohibited in the hotel building.
- It is prohibited to move or remove any type of hotel property from the rooms (towels, linens, equipment, utensils, etc.).
- Aggressive behavior and actions that threaten the health and property of others are not tolerated.
- It is advisable for hotel guests to follow generally accepted standards of personal hygiene.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and all indoor areas of the hotel. For this purpose, you can use the designated and marked areas outside the hotel. If a violation is found, the fine is 100 BGN.
- Hotel guests should familiarize themselves with the emergency instructions and evacuation plan located on the interior door of the hotel room.
- For individual laundry and ironing, please contact reception.
- For safety reasons, it is not appropriate to leave children under 10 years of age unattended in the hotel rooms, as well as in the hotel’s common areas (lobby, restaurant, lobby bar, etc.). The hotel is not responsible for unaccompanied children.
- Forgotten or lost belongings of a hotel guest are stored for one month. In case of lost or found items, please contact the reception. After the specified period, the hotel is not responsible.
- The hotel guests are responsible for all damages caused to the hotel’s furniture, equipment and inventory, as well as for the identified missing part of it. All damages are paid by the guests at prices determined by the hotel.
- Guests are required to adhere to a certain dress code when visiting the hotel’s restaurant and establishments:
– Clothing should be sporty and elegant
– It is undesirable to enter the restaurant for lunch and dinner and the entertainment venues wearing flip-flops, shorts, swimsuits and bathrobes and in an unsightly appearance.
– Only standard swimwear is allowed in the pool.
(entry in casual clothes or clothing that covers the body to a greater extent is not permitted due to hygiene and safety requirements)
- It is forbidden to bring outsiders into the rooms for residence without permission from the hotel administration. Visitors are welcome to meet in the hotel lobby.
- Access to the floors by external visitors is only permitted after presenting an identity document and registering the visit at reception.
- Persons who are visibly intoxicated, have used narcotics and/or intoxicating substances, as well as those with aggressive behavior are NOT allowed in the hotel.
- Guests arrive and leave the hotel only through the hotel’s main entrance.
- If gross violations of the hotel’s internal rules, violation of the laws and legal order of the country, damage to the name and prestige of the hotel are found, the relationship with the guests and their stay are terminated.
